This 200 Hr RYT program is for anyone who wants to go on the adventure of understanding life’s most unanswered questions through the systematic practice of yoga… Who Am I?

Whether you would like to teach this to others or go deeper into the understanding of yoga and meditation, this teaching has been waiting for you. When we can welcome ourselves fully and authentically on this path, we may be of assistance to others who also want to embark on this adventure of the human and soul experience.

WHAT DIFFERENTIATES

OUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING FROM OTHERS?

PARTICIPANTS WILL:

• Learn how to guide a meditation class
• Learn how to facilitate a sound healing
• Become Certified Level 1 Gong Training
• Receive 14 hours of hands-on adjustment training with the only Authorized Level 2 Ashtanga teacher in DFW.

At the end of this 5-month yoga teacher training course, you will receive a certification for RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher) and a Level 1 Gong Training.
